The Real Dear Architect
Elena Moron Ruiz is a registered architect with the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes regional branch of the French Order of Architects.
She earned her degree in architecture from the University of Seville and completed her Master’s in Architecture through studies in Spain (Polytechnic Schools of Architecture in Madrid and Barcelona), finishing at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, UK.
In 2019, Elena opened an interior architecture studio in Annecy, and more recently founded the Real Dear Architect firm. The company provides design, project management, interior architecture and architecture services in the Haute-Savoie region around Annecy and the Genevois, as well as in other parts of France, the UK, and Spain.
Elena was an Associate Architect at Squire & Partners in London until 2018. She led the construction of Chelsea Barracks, a luxury residential development on the most expensive plot of land in the UK history (£1 billion). Elena also worked on other high-end residential projects in the UK (St John’s Wood Square, Grosvenor Place, etc.) and internationally on hotels and real estate developments in Qatar, Slovenia, and Saudi Arabia. Her architectural work has been both published and exhibited.
Elena also holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Henley Business School (University of Reading, UK), which has given her a solid understanding of the real estate market.
