Elena Ruiz is an architect registered with the Order of Architects of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and has over 16 years of professional experience.
Founder of Real Dear Architecte, she creates architecture and interior design with a narrative and cross-disciplinary approach. Her work draws inspiration from landscapes, art, nature, and texture, with each project becoming a story where material, light, and emotion interact.
For her, true luxury lies in concept, coherence, and emotion. Craftsmanship is at the heart of this vision, which is why she collaborates exclusively with local artisans to create contemporary spaces that connect past and future.

In 2018, Elena decided to settle in Haute-Savoie and opened her own architectural studio in Annecy in 2021. The firm offers architectural design, project management, and interior architecture services, primarily in Haute-Savoie and Savoie, around Annecy. She has carried out projects for both private and professional clients in Annecy, Veyrier-du-Lac, Annecy-le-Vieux, Poisy, Saint-Jorioz, Lathuile, Aix-les-Bains, and surrounding areas.
Elena also holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Henley Business School (University of Reading, United Kingdom), which has provided her with an excellent knowledge of the property market.
