Initial conceptual proposals through sketches, inspiration images, and early architectural intentions. - Design development (APS/APD)
Refinement of selected solutions with plans, sections, and 3D renderings. Integration of technical, environmental, and regulatory aspects. - Planning permission
Preparation and submission of the complete planning application to local authorities, including coordination with heritage authorities (ABF) if required.
Construction information and site supervision
Once the project is defined, we guide you through its realization with rigor and transparency, coordinating all stakeholders involved.

Drafting of all technical and administrative documents required to consult with contractors and receive comparable quotes. - Offer analysis
Comparison of proposals, potential adjustments, and support in selecting the best service providers. - Site supervision (DET + OPC)
Planning and coordination of teams, regular site visits, progress reports, and verification of compliance with the design. - Project handover
Final inspection, resolution of any outstanding issues, and support in taking ownership of your new building.
